The Challenge
The organization was running enterprise-scale operations over $100M in annual transactions on a foundation of Excel spreadsheets and manual data entry. What had started as a workable system for a smaller operation had become fragile and error-prone at scale. Every transaction touched multiple hands, every hand-off introduced risk, and the operations team spent more time fixing data entry mistakes than managing the business.

The Approach
We designed and built a complete Azure cloud migration with an API-driven architecture. Rather than trying to patch the existing spreadsheet workflows, we rearchitected from the ground up mapping every transaction flow, identifying automation opportunities, and building an integration layer that connected every part of the operation.
The transformation was phased to minimize disruption. Critical transaction flows were migrated first, with parallel running to validate accuracy before cutting over. The team was trained alongside each phase, ensuring they owned the new systems rather than depending on external support.
The Results
95% of manual data entry was eliminated. 500+ API functions now orchestrate transactions that previously required human intervention at every step. Error rates dropped to near zero. The platform processes $100M+ in annual transactions with a level of reliability and speed that the old spreadsheet-based operation could never have achieved.
More importantly, the operations team was freed to focus on business growth instead of data entry. The infrastructure now scales with the business rather than constraining it.
